"We used this app twice for bookings for a wedding where accuracy was paramount.
The first time (Fri) the driver texted me when he was outside the collection point. Excellent drive to drop off point. Again he texted me to let me know he was outside for the return journey.
The second time (Sat) the day of the wedding the driver sat in a busy car park at the pick up point but didn't let us know he was there (slightly stressful). Journey to venue was excellent. We agreed a location for the return journey pick up. The driver parked up in a different location and didn't text us of the change.
Overall a good service with a little room for improvement (message the customer)."
