"Our driver rang us about 15 mins before our pickup to check our location, which was reassuring as we were in a very rural location & in fact he arrived 5 minutes early. As he was our return journey driver too, when I rang to request the possibility of an earlier pickup, he was happy to oblige. So we were very happy customers."
